As many of our products are carefully designed and crafted with attention to detail, including customized and made-to-order pieces, our return and refund policy is designed to maintain fairness while protecting the integrity of our work.
Since several items offered by SnowBeadz are customized or created based on specific client preferences such as fabric selection, design details, measurements, or special requests, such personalized orders are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the production process has begun. Customers are encouraged to review all customization details carefully before confirming their order to avoid any errors.
For ready-to-wear products that are not customized, return requests may be considered if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us through email or phone and sharing clear photos of the issue. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will evaluate the request and offer an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Products that are returned must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item when sending it back to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original method of payment. The processing time for refunds may take up to 15 working days, depending on the payment provider or banking procedures.
Please note that shipping charges, handling fees, and any customization charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect confirmed by our team. SnowBeadz reserves the right to decline refund or return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
